Guldagergaard (gul-ehr-go)
Hej! Above are images of the the International Ceramic Research Center, or known to the locals as Guldagergaard. I was a awarded to be an artist-in-residence and spent August through October living and working in Skaelskør, Denmark. Once a fruit farm, Guldagerard was converted into a sculpture park and residency with a gallery, housing, and studios for ceramic artists and designers.

Chalk Shoes to the High Line
Working with Julia Mandle, I fabricated the molds to cast over 120 chalk shoes. These shoes will be used in a performance to highlight the future entrances to the High Line. On April 16th, 30 eighth graders will be wearing the chalk shoes (pictured above) to create a green trail through the streets of Chelsea leading the community to the future park. With her work, Julia Mandle seeks "to create movement that allow audiences to pause and heighten their perception of everyday environments."
An exhibition of the chalk shoes will run from May 15-21 at the Leo Kesting Gallery, 812 Washington Street in the Meatpacking district.
